6 Ways to Naturally Increase Breast Size

—Wear the correct bra size. Wearing a bra
that is either too small or too large can leave

—Use a padded or push-up bra. A good

your bust while also making your breasts
look perkier. Push-up bras, can also uplift

—Don't stuff your bra. Using tissue or cloth
to artificially add size to your breasts can be
quite uncomfortable, especially if this extra
material causes you to sweat or irritates your
skin. If your extra padding shifts, it can even

chance that, despite your best preparations,
your padding may fall out or slide up your

you should avoid stuffing your bra unless

—Avoid thin or tight bras. If you are

need to avoid wearing thin bras. Because
these types of bras can make your breast
look nonexistent. Also, avoid extra-tight bras
like sports bras, as they tend to flatten your
chest. The only time you're allowed to wear
a tight bra is when you're exercising.. After
that, take it off!
4. Take foods that are rich in Estrogen,
Healthy Fats, Amino Acids and Vitamins.
—Excess levels of estrogen in the body would
regulate the hormonal levels and help you
achieve bigger breasts in a short span of

estrogen include chicken head soup, soy
foods, anise seeds, vegetables, legumes,
